I’m a Pilates Specialist and Personal Trainer with over 16 years’ experience, having first set up my business back in 2010. I continually focus on training and development to ensure I have all of the latest knowledge and expertise to support you, whatever your ability.
Whether you come to my classes to improve your strength, increase your mobility and flexibility, to rehabilitate after an injury or an operation or just to build up your confidence, my personalised and considered approach makes my classes unique and welcoming. I am passionate about supporting everyone in my classes as individuals and will tailor every move to suit you personally, providing a safe and supportive environment, whatever your ability.

Pilates is a system of repetitive low impact exercises performed to promote strength, stability, flexibility and posture. This technique cultivates awareness of the body to support effective everyday movements.
- All levels welcome.
- Please bring your own mat.

£6 per class
This light to moderate intensity class will improve your cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength, core stability and joint mobility. Classes include a gentle warm up, low impact aerobic exercises, strength and balance exercises, finishing with a cool down and stretching.
- All levels welcome.
- Sensible footwear.
- No equipment needed.
